Went out yesterday, found a spoon and a 1927 mercury dime in my backyard. Also the lipstick case which I can't read anything on, today is pretty hot so I only went out for about an hour. Ended up finding another mercury dime! 1941 D that is. And on top of that I found another spoon and a nickel which I think is silver.... It cleans up better than others an shines a little more. It's a 1945 S. thanks for reading guys, happy hunting!

Looks like you have yourself a war nickel. Always excited to find them myself! The S should be above the monticello.
