Hit a local park after work for an hour to practice with my new ATPro. Fifth day out with it and got my first gold. Only had time to do half of a volleyball court and in the very last corner (with the wife saying "How much longer....?"). BLING!!!!
It hit a multiple peak tone sounding just like foil that was crumpled up but the VDI number was too high at 47-48. Found at 4" w/ ground balance at 86.
27 small diamonds and 6.1g of 14k gold.
I think I need to change my name. This makes 4 grills in 6 months. This is the first one with diamonds though.
HH

Actually it was a park in a nice neighborhood. One of the grills was in a normal everyday park and a pair of grills I found in a park that I would NOT go to at night, only early early morning and with a buddy of mine. He actually found a proof 1998 American Eagle silver dollar (in a case) at that park the same day I found the matching top and bottom set.
P.S. I also found out that to have this grill made was about $1,000. Each one of the diamonds cost $10... 33 of them in total + $600 or so for the dental impression and gold.

UPDATE:
Took a closer look at the grill and it is only a half! This was a monster at some point covering 10 teeth. Now I have to go back to that park to find the rest of it.
