That's some good finds. My girlfriend would be so happy if I found some flowers too.

Just got back from Hawaii, I searched on Waikiki beach and Hanauma bay (beach) this is the best I've ever done as far as jewelry, also found $4.20 in coins. Which oddly enough included 2 wheaties and 2 silver dimes, just didn't expect to find the older coins on the beach there.

Nice jewelry finds. HH

I'm not sure if the storms that went by the islands before I got there helped me or not, none of the finds were very deep. That and the older coins I found make me think that the beach was stirred up pretty good.

really nice jewelry haul! We don't have many beaches where I live so I don't get to sand hunt a lot.

Thanks for showing your finds. I heard that the Hawaii's beachs are the hardest to find items because of the volcanic rock

I had a lot of falsing, I use a Minelab excalibur II and I had to adjust the way I normally set it up. I read a bunch of posts before I went that had me set up the threshold so that it was just under the audible setting and it seamed to help. It is frustrating because I know that there was a lot more stuff there, there had to be with the amount of people on those beaches. I was surprised that I only saw 2 other people with detectors out, I was able to hit the beaches 2 days and was there for 10 total. (Had to do the family thing)
