Captain Obvious chiming in: The lack of "Banner" talk here suggests to me that others must feel the same way. Come on, a find like this is off the charts and should be a slam dunk banner, right? What gives?

I think more details are needed for a banner and maybe the finder doesn't want to give more details for legal reasons.
What country?
When discovered?
I believe the finder must have been a member here when discovered to qualify.
If that checks out you have my Banner vote! :)
