Took my daughter out in the front yard today, just got a pro pointer and wanted to give it a try. Found a 1926 mercury dime and. 1996 quarter plus a few nails a bottle cap and some other junk.

I've only used it today, and no gold but I did try it out on the wife's jewelry and it worked. Not sure about a nugget tho.
