Congrats on a killer ring! It looks righteous to me. I found a gold fraternity tie pin from KA with "00" for the year and I dont think it was 2000 it was 6 inches deep. It had emeralds on it and it tested as 14k. So yea they didnt necessarily stamp until after 1902 to my contention.

All the good finds from that site!!! The finds include some silver. A st Christopher society face pipe from the early 1900s. A couple of large cents including a 1790s liberty cap. An arrow head. An early 1800s silver pencil tip/calendar. A couple of buttons, some scrap silver. Some 1880s and 1890s bottles. A 1830s hard times token. A 1893 worlds fair Connecticut pin. And finally a gold ring found just yesterday. An awesome finale to a great year! Thanks for all the support!

That is one of the better rings I've seen found in a long time. A real classic beauty!

That is a STUNNING ring. Looks art deco, so I would think late 20s or 30s for the time frame. That pipe is a KILLER find too! Great site there!
