A few relics from today

Hello Gentlemen,

I musst tell you that my friend and I simply had a great day today in a little "honey hole" tucked away in the woods. There are bullets from Savage revolver, minie balls, one musket ball, some percussion caps, a piece of pig iron?? There were soo many minie balls that even when I wasnt looking I was finding them. Case in point, I leaned my metal detector against my side to get a bottled water out of my pack and the detector sounded off on a minie without me even trying. So anyway here are the picks with one pic of the woods we were in. Really great day.

It was a dream location for sure. Josh is a wealth of information when it comes to Id'ing the CW period relics. Also found a 1920 wheat pennie to boot. Looking forward to many more digs. HH

Ronin, here is a picture of those 4 ringers that we were finding
