Wasted time but it was researching places I haven't hunted

I spent more time driving than hunting yesterday morning and finally ended up about a mile from the house, lol....I went to 3 places and found almost nothing but the old clad faithful school saved the hunt. I still didn't find anything old but I ended up with $5.08 in change. I had a good time. Found 3 quarters stacked perfectly in one spot and another hole had 3 quarters pretty close together. I also found a car door latch but I don't know how old it is. Also, an Atlas mason jar lid and the round thing beside it is the middle of the jar lid. Have a good one.. ;D

Driving around looking for spots can be annoying.. but when you find that perfect spot... it really pays off. I'm trying to do as much research while there is snow on the ground.. so I can spend the most time swinging the coil in the field when it's Spring.

Nice that you were able to find a productive spot to send you home with 'something'... nothing worse than coming back empty handed.
