Just an eyeball find, but, I'll take it.

When one still has to wait because it's a 2 foot dig, just to get down to the ground, which is frozen another 2 feet down! :(

One learns to appreciate the smaller blessings.

Went to the store today and the weather is showing signs of letting up. Even got rained on a bit. I was NEVER so glad to just be seeing RAIN! LOL

Anyway, my eyes never get rain in 'em. They're always too busy looking down. ;)

Saw this tangled mess and just figured it was one of those messed up steel wire mesh type earrings. It wasn't.

No, not gold either. ;)

But close nuff for me. Beggars can't be choosers.

Not too bad, 15 grams of pure copper for nothing.

It's getting close folks! Soon! The mansion, cornfield, school grounds, parks, beaches, SOON!

Stay safe folks!

You must not be too far south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Your snow and permafrost sounds like the local situation. Patience Grasshoppah, patience!

Nope, patience ran out 3 snow storms ago. :(

Yep, close. When I swing I have to check the laws of both sides of the line. ;)

I bet you have the same ground balance issues too. If I let the machine choose, it's constantly picking around 90! :dontknow:
So, even when I go, I have handicaps. Still, I'd much rather be "GOING"!! LOL

It's been so long since I've "been" I can't remember gb values! You, Cjon and I should get together this year. There's an old mostly abandoned town near JeffinPa called Centralia that is calling our names!

Did you also find the lizard and the penny? You just never know, people drop things with their gloved fingers when fishing for keys. Even if there's no point in using the detector, you might check around gutters and edges of parking lots for more eyeballs.

Yeah, found 'em all. But, Blingie was found quite a few hunts ago. He looked so good in his first pics with my finds that I've adopted him as a sort of mascot. He's been in most of posts since then. :)

I'm always looking down! LOL

It almost got me in trouble the other day. I was in a store and saw this nice lil ring laying on the floor and out of habit, I picked it up and ALMOST put it in my pocket as "found booty". LOL Remembered where I was and handed it over to the counter person. It still had a sales tag on it! LOL (WHEW!)
