The boy and I got a couple hours in metal detecting at a local high school.We both were finding clad and myself a Maryland Soccer Referree medallion.The boy found one identical to this earlier this year at a different high school,what are the odds?
It was getting late and about half dark when I got a good solid hit.I dug a plug and with the pin pointer found my target.With help from the boys flashlight on his IPhone we saw we had a bulldog stamped .925

The fact that your bulldog pendant is made of Sterling-silver AND has the bulldog wearing a studded collar indicates it MIGHT be a University Of Georgia sports-team regalia pendant. The UGA team mascot is a bulldog which is always shown wearing a studded collar. (I'm familiar with that particular logo because I was born-&-raised in Georgia.) See images below.

Nope, I think its a British Bulldog, so send it home....
