Interesting hunt today. Big finds: 1892 Indian head 4 wheats Fossil Women's Watch Ornate sleigh bell Big button and small button. Happy hunting Wicka :-)

Awesome bell man! I've been to so many old home sites and never found one! I hope to add one to my collection one day, but that is a really nice and ornate example of a crotal bell.

Do you know anything about them? I would love to learn more! Any idea how old this one is? I found it in two pieces about 40 yards from eachother.

I think probably second half of 19th century, not 100% on that though. Someone else could chime in. It's killer though!
