I just recently have been able to get out now that the ground is thawed and test out my new minelab safari that I received about 2 months ago. I went to a friend's house to help him look for a ring that was lost during a bon fire last fall. I'd hit this house up with another friend once and once by myself with my old detector, a teknetics delta 4000. The results of the third time out lets me know my upgrade was worth it. 5 wheaties, three silver, and a handful of clad. No ring though. Makes me wonder if it was ever there. I worked it pretty hard. Great day to be out with fantastic results.

The Merc was really worn. Only the 19 was definable.
