I was out metal detecting in a new town I moved to. I found this bottle on the surface, in great shape but I cannot find much information about it. There is one on EBAY, but I don't count that as a reliable source for information such as value. It is 10 1/2 inches tall, 1/2 gallon. Bottled in Waukesha Wisconsin. You cannot tell in the picture but it is a light blue/aqua'ish color. 001.JPG

If you post a picture of It's lip and the bottom of it I can tell you an age. It's a great find for sure..I'd dig around where it was..might be a dump around there..

Thanks guys. I know it is from the late 20's early 30's. The bottom has a diamond shape with what looks like either a number one inside it or a small letter L or a large letter I.

I went back today for a little while and found a Ball Mason Jar, it looks really old and is almost a really vivid light blue or aqua color.

The Mark is for Owens Illinois glass co
The light blue/aqua is usually referred to as ice blue
hope there's more glass for you around there!
