The ring was about 1 inch from a iron post at about 1 1/2",tangled up in the sod roots,
I thought it was a pull tab so I just riped it out. When that stone popped out I just about sh t myself!!!:laughing7:
Some one placed it next to the iron post that holds a soccer net ,probably so they would not lose it,
Garretts AT Pro picked right up on that an sang me a song that blew my ears off at 97!!!!
Can anyone ID the Hallmark?:icon_scratch:

THANKS EVERYBODY
SPUD

I dunno about the makers mark, but if that is a genuine amethyst it is a really nice dark one
