I have only found 1 other and that was back in the late 70's...
It aluminum... wish it was silver... but I'll take it

It is.... thanks... I found it in the front yard of a house built in 1909... I still have both side yards and the back yard still to do... it has a onyx stone in it...

I very much like the ring. It has a great design. Never found a thimble but think they are cool items. I saw one posted on here or another site that was sterling silver and very ornate. It was quite old from a time when quality and craftsmanship was the norm and not the exception.
