"SECRET MEMOIRS OF A MERC [AUSTRALIA 1942]

Hi all, been raining here for 3 days, so i had to find other ways to amuse myself  ;D ;D ;D.late this after noon the sun was out and so was i. ;D ;D
The site i went today was a WW 2 American secret camp. The grass is starting to go back and the ground was bit muddy. After about 3 hours i had numerous pull-tabs,beer bottle lids and SILVER MERC [1941] and aussie clad.

below is a pic of the Merc and couple of a Newspaper text printed a few years ago and photo of the site in 1942.The site is about 50 acres and there will another coulpe of trips in the future.thanks for looking.
