Especially if it's on your own block? :dontknow:

There was a tag sale this past weekend, but we never made it due to extensive and exhausting Home Improvement Projects.

Today, driving out to a store, we saw the homeowners hauling stuff to the curb. 'If it's still there on the way back we'll stop.'

It was still there. Not a big haul and nothing valuable, just lots of metal bakeware that will come in handy for gardening and BBQ, some books, and drinking glasses.

I'm torn between happiness and embarrassment. :icon_sunny: :tongue11:

Be happy :icon_thumright:, another man's/woman/s trash is another man's/woman's treasure, the items are good things that would of ended up at the dump, I grew up in an era where you repaired everything, and I hate today's era of throwing things away that we used to be able to repair, nothing is made to be repairable anymore!!

If you don't get it, someone else will.

You'd be amazed at what gets thrown out in my neck of the woods, there is often treasure in the trash.

yeah it's dumpster diving - same thing. Hey if you can use it, think of it this way - you are recycling and being green!
