What are these bottles

I found these the other day and could not find any info on either. The white one base Woodbury on the bottom it also has a 12 on it and a weird H. The clear one has a White House for a generation the standard vinegar with nothing on the bottom. Any ideas would be appreciated

The vinegar bottle is obvious-

The white one looks like the standard cold cream container from the 60's and 70's,
