Hit the park from the other day again today even though I had no intentions on going out because I have the graveyard shift tonight, what can I say im hooked! :tongue3: so I stayed close to home and the park was calling my name!

Right off the bat my first two signals were wheats, 1941 and 1944, then signal #3 was a mid 50s occasional 60 and out pops a 1942p war nickel, SILVER #42 on the year, a cpl wheats later and I get that nice mid 80s occasional 90 signal and im thinking silver quarter, so I do a live dig and it was silver, but not a quarter, a 52 roosie!, SILVER #43 on the year!!, a few clad and trash signals later I get a mid 70s tone and out pops this nice sterling kids ring!, SILVER #44 on the year! that's a triple silver day from a park! Plus I actually dug a fired roundball with all the nice white patina on it!, that roundball is one of my favorites, truly awesome dig in my opinion! HMMMM I just may be a believer in public places lol

enjoy the pics!, thanks for looking and HH!!

By the by, that long thing appears to be part of one of those locks one puts on their door. The one with a slide and chain? Whatcha think?

In case you hadn't noticed, you have found another ring made by Uncas. Nice job! Apparently that park hasn't been hit much if at all. I got turned down for permission on my attempt, lol. Drove by that big old blue farm house again. Still no sign of life.

No, this place is outside Berwick. He was a renter so he said he couldn't give me permission. He took a long time answering, so I thought he was going to say yes, lol.

What I would do is call the landlord. Tell him you spoke with the tenant and they gave you permission to hunt the property. Then tell them you like to do things right and did not want to hunt without the permission of the owner. Generally an owner will hesitate to give permission when they have a renter in house as they don't want to make them feel uncomfortable. But if you tell them the tenant said it was okay often they will then say okay. Give it a shot. Can't hurt.
