fresh water days

Nothing better than a peaceful wade in the freshwater on a hot summer day.
I hit a couple of little used swimming holes that haven't been hunted it seems. I was hoping for big silver but managed a 1943 war nickel. I thought it might be my day for diamonds with the cross ring, but they didn't pass the test. Oh well, at least its another place to go on a rainy day.

Wasn't a waterproof machine.. all I did was wade in up to my knees. Coil is waterproof like most are these days.
