I saw a gold chain laying in the middle of the road! So I did a U-turn!

Had a good day at gopher hole park today digging two mercs and 14 wheaties. On the way home I saw a large gold chain just laying in the middle of the road, so I did a U-turn and pulled and put my emergency blinkers on. I could not believe my eyes so I took a picture! I was disappointed when I saw that it was gold plated! Gee wiz, if it had been real it would be a $1,000.00 find!...Oh well, at least I dug up some silver....

I know how you feel, I spotted something gold and shiny reflecting the sun in pizza parking lot. I zipped over, hopped out and grabbed it! It was a large gold color junk necklace. Guess people can't be bothered to throw hem in the trash anymore, they just fling them out car windows now!
