I get that urge now and again. Just go add to the battery fund. :) But, lately, I've been getting an urge to
find something old. The cornfields are still full and most of the places I go to outside of that are 1970 or so.

It's a shame we aren't closer, I'd love to be a partner. Ever since my regular partner passed I've been pretty
much hunting alone too. Kinda sad in some respects. :dontknow:

Anyway, looks like you at least got enough to pay for the trip. After all, you still get about 50 miles to the gallon, don't you? ;)

Lol when I got the Explorer I tested it at somewhere around 17 - 18 Mile per gallon

I'm gonna guess 14 MPG at the worst now
but yes on this trip, about 7 Mile from home I'm pretty sure the change covered me

Last fill up I paid $3.29 Per Gallon with my Discount.

Right now it's around $3.35 per. for regular.

Nice job, Jeff. I am getting the itch to start swinging again, but hunting season is right around the corner. I shot my Bow for the first time since i had surgery last night, it was rough the first few shots.

I'm no golf fan either. I can't hold the Club right,
let alone even hit the ball :tongue3:

I suppose if I could hold it like a detector, I'd be OK

hey your park paid off better than mine today by about 23 cents and no golf ball. it was a hard four hour hunt with some deep hard digging to get what I did get but it was a beautiful day and Ive got a crock pot of venison chili cooking so all is well.

......any man that drives a minivan is a sell out

well I must say, at today's Prices of Vehicles, Gas etc.
if I was in need of new Transportation
& was offered a Pink Mary Kay minivan for a shockingly low price,
I'd be Grumbling for sure :laughing7: But I'd also be checking deals on paint.
Even if it's Brush on Wall Paint & I have to go with small cans of muti colors :unhappysmiley:

Besides, it isn't hard to remove all but the front seats

Funny that Dad & I get many golf balls in ploughed fields, even when there is no golf course near by. I do know some crows pick them up thinking they are eggs & then drop them to break them. Only to be surprised that it bounces.:laughing7:

Really ? I didn't know that about Crows :o

explains why I have found some in Deep woods already

I personally like the thought of selling them to someone who is going to
use them all in a ball field I hunt, So I can re sell them to them over & over :laughing7:

I might be wrong, but you are shorting yourself on the resale price of those golf balls. A ball in good shape would easily fetch fifty cents/one dollar. These are fifty bucks. lol ha ha

Yes I know they will pay much more But
I've always had a Problem paying fair Market Value for Anything
and therefore also Have a problem charging Market Value for Anything.
Unless it's the Buyers Decision :laughing7:

Not absolutely sure But I think most yard Sales sell them
$2.50 to $3.00 a dozen. but maybe more these days.

Nice finds Jeff! Are you taking aerial pics with a drone?

I used to find quite a few golf balls on the beach at low tide, it's not close to any golf course so I'm not sure why, either there's a mid-night golfer or a disgusted one.

Haven't you ever seen the movie? Those golf balls on the beach are from Navy guys practicing their swings on ships! LOL
