Great finds! That Paris shield is awesome!

Thanks, its in remarkable condition for being in the ground for 114 years. I think this shield is one of my more better finds, given a few variables...Scarcity, there is absolutely nothing to be found as far as information on this item...Historical context, Thomas Edison's 1 minute film, "Palace of Electricity" (below) was shown at the Exposition....I just think this item transcends what we call treasure..
