I remember reading about a company that gave those as a reward for safety and they could be used in the cafeteria or the company store. Nice Find

Yes it is a type of incentive. I work for a building contractor and this is a Kiewitt (PKS Logo gave it away) safety token that could be redeemed for items that were picked out for that project, whichever it was. Our incentive was golf balls, you could hit them at a placed hole and depending on how close you got was the incentive that you won, fairly cheezy. Most of our guys just took the golf balls home. :D Someone lost their incentive token, hopefully they didn't loose there focus on safety!!

Cool Find.....I found one last fall....Now tell the truth ....did you jump up and down because you thought it was a large cent? Because thats what I did!
