Please help me identify this coin that was found in the British Virgin Islands while scuba diving
One side has a very visible A R and the reverse side has text around the edge as well as symbol in the middle

Thank you!

Excellent find! Was this just an eyeball find while diving or were you using a metal detector? Was this a vacation/tourist trip or do you live in BVI? Love hearing the details on finds like this.

The coins themselves are not worth much but I think the place and the history of the place is what adds monetary value to the coins making them priceless, at least to a beginner like myself!

I've been on two charters though the USVI and BVI with the same charter company that is all inclusive and they really do take care of you in every way and both trips I have been able to find one or more coins...

I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a fun vacation with history and adventures included!!!!! I will be making sure I book again next year as well!

Sailboat Virgin Islands | Sailing vacations | Tourism Virgin Islands.

Tell them TugBoat referred you and they will know exactly what kind of adventure you want!!!
