heavy sterling silver Airforce broach with stones,Thursday finds

Not sure what exactly I found. But it appears to be Air force broach with rhinestones or diamonds. Back is stamped sterling silver. No stone mark though.(as close as I can tell dirt is stubborn) Every time I take a pick the dang stones lite up flashing out so my pics suck. It is nice and heavy to. Also got a 1935 buffalo nickel. And several small clad pocket drops. This has got to be one of the coolest Air force pins I ever got. Assuming that is what it is.
