Almost didnt dig it

Went back to a campground that I have found silver at before. Hoping for the same today. It wasn't to be. I dug penny after penny and had a similar sounding signal come up. I almost passed it up. Tired of all the modern pennies. Glad I decided to dig it. Not silver but a nice copper bracelet saved the day.

Nice! Sometimes those "penny" signals are quite a surprise!

I once chased a penny signal at the beach, it got down to 10" and I figured it would turn out to be junk or a heck of a large penny! Nope it was a pendant copper & gold mix stamped 14K! Sure glad I decided to keep at it till I got my penny! You never know!

I don't think its very old. Came out of the ground looking almost like you see it. No patina. Not positive though.
