according to the coin dealers new letter 1859 in good it is $10 in vg 13 in f 18 in vf 36 and xf 85

Error coins are often a breed apart from the rest of numismatics. Otherwise the overdates and double dies, most collectors don't know much about them and have little interest. Hence, the normal price guides don't cover them much. If you don't get a answer here you probably should check with someone who specializes in errors. Might have a fair bit of interest being a one year type.

Hard to tell from the pics... is it just worn oddly? Or an odd coloration pattern? Or is there definitely metal gone?
