I was out at alocal park/football field today and I got a nickle signal on the Tesoro Vaquero. I dug it up and found a cheesy looking, but real gold and diamond ring. I was pretty stoked :) it weighs 7.1 grams!

Heck of a find. 14K & 7 diamonds!! It even LOOKS heavy too. 7 grams and 7 diamonds. I guess 7 is your lucky number at the moment eh??
You're killin' it.

I'm still astounded at the volume of rings that are lost (and found of course). I've been finding a few nice pinky rings lately. I'm not complaining at all but a nice heavy one would be really nice.

I've also been digging the heck out of those trashy foil and nickel signals lately. It definitely pays off if you can stay focused and not get discouraged.

I also love it when it says "14K" and NOTHING else. I dug a huge heavy ring that I thought was solid. I saw "18K" but the dirt was covering up the "HGE" I discovered a little later. It was copper with a very, VERY thin 18K plating. That was a letdown. If I found your ring I would be smiling all the way home.

Congrats on a great ring. Who cares if it's cheesy? It's 7.1 grams of friggin' GOLD!!

Looks like the luck ran out for whoever owned that ring last. But obviously the luck has now transferred to you!
