Actually if you can see all detail as is there is no point to cleaning.
As far as I'm concerned, cleaning is reserved for coins that :
1) have no detail
2) can't be IDed
3) could be enhanced (eye appeal) by cleaning.
In your case none of the above apply, It's IDable, and looks decent as is. IMO no need for cleaning, but fill your boots, and shine her up as much as you want.
I would clean, that looks pretty damn good in my book. Cleaning it wont help it look any better than that. Ive cleaned a few of mine, and found out it was harder to see the detail
