My first ever gold coin - 2 1/2 dollar, 1847 O !

Been on cloud nine all day. Also got 3 silver dimes, a copper ID bracelet engraved and a maker's mark of GOLDEN KEY with a skeleton key symbol, wheaties, and some other stuff. Haven't taken a group picture yet cause I'm still reeling!

Banner and I'm jelly too. I want to find a gold coin, I bought a few gold coins a few years back before I ever started metal detecting. To me they are the most beautiful coins there are.
Your coin is very pretty, she takes on a whole different look in gold! Congrats on a great find, someday I'll find a gold coin, might take awhile, but I'm determined.
