pre 1898 silver plated fork,star safety razor

Pre 1898 plated "1847 rogers bros xs triple" fork. Their is no is so it is before 1898 if I am understanding info right,heavy bugger but plated. You can see chip in one spot. I could not figure out age of "star safety razor" Last patent date is march 8 1887. The wheat cent are 1918,1919,1939,1941,1944,1944,1952,1953,no date. Some interesting stuff but no real silver today. And several pouches of junk.
