Went field hunting today, was 24 degrees when we started and 6 hours later it was 31 lol got two Indians 1899 and a toasted 1865. CW gen service button, barrel tap, mystery swastika item, musket ball, glazed marble and some buckles. Also a huge shell casing, never got one this big, any ideas?

That badge is one unique find GFE - wow what a very narrow timeline involving a symbol used by the US and SS lol -

People don't realize how common that symbol was at one time. Great hunt G4E.

Wow, killer hunt. I found a very similar barrel spigot and for some reason just didn't think it was late colonial or early 1800's until I looked it up. Some good finds there that add up to a great hunt. Congrats.
