Return to "button hill" and pull 13 more buttons, connecticut copper, silver rosie.

Myself, my cousin and two other guys we invited down to hunt at our button hill spot on Sunday and we all left with a handful of buttons(about 50 or so total). I started where I left off about a month ago and with the recent snow melting and the added moisture, I pulled 12 more buttons out of this little hot spot that I thought I had just about picked dry. My first button was about 10 inches as well as the Connecticut copper. I walked off a bit and found another button and a darn silver rosie, I don't mind silver, but when you've dug nothing but 1700's relics...the last thing you want is a modern silver, but more like Spanish or an early silver US coin. Oh well! Can't complain. This brings my personal button total to 227. All together we are well over 400 buttons at this site. Seems like each time you go back, you find more, just going in different directions it seems. I'll take it! Thanks for looking and HH!

You're killing me bro. That sure is INCREDIBLE. Have you hit it in All Metal? I just added an F75 LTD to the arsenal. I'm psyched to have that and my T2 SE. Especially with both being upgrade ready. Great finds as usual Matt. Nice of you to share such a great site as well. That site will just keep giving. I had a 32 button site. I hit it from every direction in disc then hit it in AM and pulled 6 more and a CT copper

Wayda keep killing it at that spot Matt. I've dug a few spots like that over the years that were all on south-facing slopes and near a fresh water source, so I figured they were early military camps. Do you believe that's the case with your site?

Nice going. I think you have enough of the CT to attribute the variety. What makes it a lot easier is the cross in the reverse legend instead of the much more common cinquefoil. If you want to upload or send me better close ups I'll give it a shot. BTW, the defect appears to be as struck and I've seen many this way.

Obviously that has been an incredible site. Not only does it keep giving up quality targets, but some of them are large targets such as coppers and dandy buttons. I think you will have another killer hunt after the snow knocks the grass down this winter. BTW, I love that dandy button.

Thanks. I dug the exact dandy button a month ago in the same hot spot. It's hard to come by an identical button when at a colonial spot. Every once in awhile.
