Fossil like rock

A possible fossil forming in a rock? what do you think? Looks like a mussel shell with a siphon. Does this look like a fossil or am I mistaken. I'm interested by the rock.

Sorry, just looks like a rock to me-but I can see how you could have come to that conclusion.

Yeah I see lots of differences from fossils but what exactly is it? Haven't seen many rocks with markings like this.

Looks to me like a river rock, or been in contact with water for a long time, worn smooth, finally tumbled around and fractured.
