I hunted 3 different parks last weekend and I spent about an hour or so at each.

The 1st park produced two Gold. The first one was a Crucifix with no mark with the eye stretched open. You can clearly see that it’s yellow and rose Gold. The second Gold was an earring. It has a 14k mark on the side of the post. Those stones are so big they’ve got to be QZ’s.

The 2nd park produced a pot metal Crucifix, a Tupac and Biggie dog tag, clad, and something appropriate for those two, a small toy revolver.

And the last spot, a school playground. It produced what I think is a recently dropped 1953 Roose. In regards to depth the Roose seemed to be in the clad zone. The school is old enough to hold silver.

I also found a ring, it’s stamped 925, it has a huge stone set too. But, the ring is lightly attracted to the supper magnet (rare earth magnet from an old hard drive) I have mounted on my pick. Although the 925 ring falls off easily, none the less, the magnetic can pick it up. The magnetic attraction the magnetic has to the ring reminds me the magnet’s attraction to stainless steel, very light. Plus, look at the color compared to the Roose, to shinny, that’s a dead giveaway. Right, it must be a boot leg?

Nice Finds, Ant. I'm starting to get out into the sand areas in the parks. No digging involved.

Thats an intresting thought on the .925 Ring, lol boot leg. Maybe some screws in the stone mount (setting) attract it to the magnet or maybe its plated with .925 silver?

The crucifix is beautiful.

I can only guess the silver ring must be plated. In any case it's a great assortment of finds!

Congratulations!
