Yesterdays hunt was just a taste of things to come and they came today big time, i just knew the gold was there so off i went on a mission to the same beach, there was a new fresh beautiful cut on the same area that produced yesterday, the targets were thick all over, a fellow hunter Martin was in the area he uses a bounty hunter so he came over to tlak and imwas telling him the gigantic diferences between his BH and the excal, gave him the excal so he could hear the treshold and how targets sound, he gives it back to me I sweep and get a nice low tone so i hand over the machine back to him i tell him this is the sound of gold, he gives it back i find the target give it a good scoop and he sees the gold ring on the bottom of the hole, his jaw dropped, obviously his BH did not even peep running his coil over it at 3" he had to kiss it with the coil to make a sound on top of the black sand, so we go our separate ways, he goes south and i stay and start a grid, targets everywhere, also a lot of iron so the excal is on a constant null-hit mode, then on the base of the cut i get a nice zink-10 peso tone and get it on the first scopp i dump kick and see what appears to be a big fat gold coin, i get it wipe the sand and turns out to be a very nice gold medallion with a fire opal, gold no. 2 kept my grid trying to find the chain, got a couple silver rings, silver cross, silver religious pendant, a silver earing and a stainless ring, 14 10 peso coins and a pile of quarters, dimes and clad. Also managed to pull out two more one dollar coins from the patch.
Tested the medallion at home pased 14 k acid and i gave it a good file on the edge put a couple of drops of acid and everything good, still went to the house of gold with owner budy Carlos who ran his tests and turns out to be at least 18k he thinks it could be higher, so ill leave it at 18k.
Im @ 192 rings for the year 8 more to make goal of 200 rings for the year!

The rest of it, the left side from the 10 peso coins is from yesterdays hunt and the row of ten peso coins tomthe right is todays hunt.

:notworthy: :icon_flower::icon_santa::icon_flower: :notworthy: Amazing!:notworthy: Beautiful finds!

Since people at your beach insist on throwing away gold & silver, it's real kind of you to clean-up that "basura" for them, lol. Gives them space to lose more precious metal!
Have Fun! Andi

At least 85% of my rings are from the beach, the other 15% from the dirt, U.S. And Mex. Beaches and parks.
I hunt a lot of parks in the U.S. The thing is there are few parks in the mex side and i have practically cleaned them out, even though no park is ever hunted out, i prefer parks on the us side if im hitting the dirt. As for beaches i prefer the mex beches, i do hit us beaches but dont do as good, probably because theres way to many hunters on the us side and only a couple on the mex side. GL and HH.
