1866 Italian Centesimi

I found this coin yesterday here in Virginia. Thought I had a LC at first. Turned out to be an Italian 10 Centesimi coin. The date is hard to read in the photo because it's right below the hole somebody put in it, but it's 1866.

I forgot to mention I thought it might be a bullet hole. The one I found was.
