3 silvers befor the freeze

Had to go to Norfolk, Virginia today on business so I took the Atp along. It's only 30 min from Home. I've found my new hunting grounds 😍. In 1 1/2 hours I found 1 silver less than I found all last year. The area is prone to salt water flooding so the soil is high in salt which I figure is why the silver is tarnished the way it is. Also found a really cool navy metal and 6 wheat penny's. Looks like I've found the right ground . Any ideas what type of metal it is ? Can't wait to plan a day trip!

Nice coins, putt them in baking soda and leave them for a few hours then use a wooden toothpick to remove the crust. I works for me.

The Navy medal you show is a Naval Officer emblem. Usually seen on their hats like this.
