interesting brass or copper plate from scrap bucket

As I was picking threw the scrap from past month I found this guy. their is script writing on it and it was attached to something. It is thick plate metal. And about the size of a buckle.

That would explain why it looks like a mirror image of a name.

Printing plate.. You can tell from the small holes around the very edge!

Use a pencil and paper to bring out the writing! Looks like someone signature.
