awesome gold ring find! congrats on the find. you can tell it is an old one. it is exciting when you realize that it is gold in that dirt!

Look for the school, year and initials on the ring - The public library of that schools town should have all the yearbooks. It's an INCREDIBLE feeling to get those lost rings back to their owners.

Was bored and playing around....but I assume this was in California. I found a Woodland HS Home of the wolves...Woodland CA. In 1954 there was a senior with the initials FC. Franklin Cook...Might be worth a look. And congrats on a killer find!
