Got permission to detect the land next to the old school house site that I have found multiple Barbers and other silver coins. I spent all my time digging hot wheels. This kid must have really not cared about his toys. These were found all over in about a 50'x50' are. All about 4" down, some even had roots growing through them so have been there a while. None of them are old, all 1990' up to 2003. There are more there, I just got tired of digging, lol. Will be going back and get the rest and hopefully find some older stuff. The owner of this property is 72 and actually went to his first two years of school at the long gone school house before they shut it down. He also told me about an old ball field that was very active that's on his property and we will be hitting that up very soon. Talk to the old folks, they know where things were!

As a gag, my brother-in-law and I have a competition on who will have the biggest collection after this year. He already has half a large coffee can full and I am at 1.5 cans so far. I normally give these to the neighbor kids if they are not damaged. The rest will go to the scrap yard.

I enjoy finding hot wheels, if they are still good (all wheels) I keep them and display them on a shelf. Love the Tank and the white one with blue stripes looks like a 50s era Vette. Cool and Congrats!!

So that's where they went! When my transport people left me I didn't know where they took up business.

What a choice of rides!! Why weren't they that good to me?! ;)

Very nice!

You now have your own car lot! Congrats!
I like finding the hot wheels they were a child's treasure, wether buried or forgotten , still a treasure!
It also rings up as quarter/dime on my detector.

You have to keep an eye on those transport people!

I love find toy cars. They bring me back to a time when I was kid.
