I got about an hour to detect Saturday afternoon before dark and the first coin I recovered was a 1952 Rosie and found 1972 quarter and 6 pennies including a 1952 wheat penny. I was in a hurry and scratched both these coins with my probe. I really enjoyed finding these year dates because my late brother was born in 1952 and that makes an ordinary find special to me. Try to post photos later this week. HH.

Congrats on the first 2015 silver. Hope it's just the start.

Thanks. Hoping I can get in a little dirt fishing this afternoon. I can't resize my photos at the library, but hope to get them posted by Thursday. It sure gave me a boost finding some silver and instead of worrying about how much time I have to detect, I plan to detect as many days a week if it's not for ten minutes just to get out.
