first official treasure..

hello let me introduce myself..my name is maria ...I received a new scanner for Christmas , We went to Carlsbad NM after Christmas and I took it to the lake to see what it could do,,I spent about thirty minutes hunting,,,found lots of pop bottle tabs,,,but I did find my first official treasure,,,,a 1978 penny ,,,,not much but its a start for many more things come.
