Found this today in Salt Lake City.

This is most likely something to do with the LDS church. I'm not sure if it's fully gold, but it's at least gilded. The side with the bust is made of glass and the face is a relief. The other side has a shield and cross, and words around the top and then words on a ribbon on the bottom. The only word I can make out is "righteousness".
