This is my first gold cross that wasn't gold plated in thousands of hours of detecting. 15 years. 14 of that's with the same machine. My trusty Minelab Sovereign XS-2a Pro.
It has 8 stones. Unfortunately they didn't go beep beep on the diamond tester. Could be CZ's. No markings on the cross at all but It passed the 14k acid test.
It looks like it has a bit of rose gold on the front. I'm not sure what the design of the rose gold is. Possibly a crown of thorns.
The clear picture was after it came out of the ground. Pre cleaning.
The fuzzy pics are from my phone.
Found 4 rings yesterday. The one pictured is a tiny white gold band. Gold ring #5 of the year. 35 total now.

I just found a tiny mark on the cross using a loupe. It says 14k.
