Spurred on by Colins Comment that I should have found something special by now. I got my mad up today. result a nice chunk of Celtic gold. No id as yet, it will be though from the Corieltauvi tribe, and date to before the birth of Christ. Not hammered silver, but beggers can't be choosers.

Yep 2nd known from the dies. Sold at Time lines auction last year went for around £1,200 from memory.
