Yeesh, how did you kill it? I would be tempted to use a shotgun, inside or out for something that big.

wow that freaking big. i have had my run in with those here. yes they are displayed in my living room. They are not that as big but scary just the same lol

I'm interested in how you killed it too. Outside I use .22 CCI rat/snake shot TWICE! Inside on tile, that wouldn't be an option.

I've found one or two black snakes in the house but NEVER a rattler; and I'm thankful for that. We don't have them where I live; just Copperheads.
It's a really good thing it didn't find you first.
