Hey Mucky,
Without going into specifics (and I do appreciate the offer to join you!) can you tell us your general area? I'm 10 minutes from the water just south of Boston and I have a feeling there is some good stuff in the harbors near me. There was also a thriving shipbuilding trade in the late 17th to18th century on a local river that may offer some good sites. I'm just not sure how to access them. Maybe by boat. What kind of territory are you hunting? I'm just thinking there will be absolute loads of large iron wherever the good stuff may lie. Thanks for any advice. I'm seriously considering water hunting right now, because we still have a lot of snow in our fields and yards.
