Found a Dive Watch....

Just found this on the edge of the surf line.
Screen is blank so hope it works? It does look very new with barely a scratch so hope it was not just dumped!
Will try for a new battery tommorrow! Assuming they don't need to be factory fitted?

Holy smoke nice find! Don't get in too much hurry putting the juice to it. If you can safely take it apart, maybe spray it good with Deoxit, blow it out and let it dry. Hopefully nothing got shorted out from a leak, it's a dive watch! I'm not really a watch guy but I would wear the heck out of that thing... All the way to the pawn shop! Nice.

I just read it comes with a wireless transmitter that attaches to you tank - shows air pressure etc etc.
if I can buy that separately I could sell as a package for sure!

That should handle the surf no problem, but usually the battery would last forever. I don't see any indication it's solar, but a solar watch can seem dead and just needs some charging to come back to life. Just an hour or two in the sun would do it. But again, I don't think that is the case for that watch. Great find, I'd be happy with it, and I'm a watch kinda guy.

Nice find in the surf line. The D9 as a dive watch is below par and likely came unsnapped while playing in the waves. Somebody is pissed at losing this, but they shouldn't buy another to replace it.
